摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the production of hybrid bacteria, characterized in that (a) plasmid having only one cos site lambda or lambdoid phage produced from (1) bacterial not more than 21 Megadaltons and (2) foreign DNA fragment, (b) resulting packaged with lysate (c) packaging product transduced into Escherichia coli whereby bacteria are formed.
