摘要: Direct production of butyl levulinate (BL) by butanolysis cellulose was carried out using single or combined metal sulfates catalysts. The synergetic enhancement the ferric sulfate and aluminum can improve conversion to BL. Moreover, optimized response surface methodology. Under optimum conditions 194 °C, catalyst concentration 10.0 g/L reaction time 3 h, average 100% BL yield 40.3% were obtained. In addition, analysis liquid products characterization performed, reusability experiments showed that be easily recycled reused more than five times with high activity in process. This study provided an economical feasible method for bio-based from cellulose.
