摘要: The HCA-7 cell line was established from a moderately well differentiated mucinous adenocarcinoma of the colon, which showed histological heterogeneity. This reflected in morphological heterogeneity early passages but diminished as cells were passaged vitro. Nine subpopulations isolated passage cultures and maintained lines.
