摘要: The underlying assumption in comparing muscle activity levels back pain research is the reliability of documented biological record. Surface-recorded EMG data are often used as “objective” indicators treatment outcome studies. present paper questions this somatic measure. Three sources error variance that interfere with recorded signal discussed: movement body, replacement electrodes, and electronic equipment instability. It argued surface-recorded activities unreliable unsuited for efficacy a program.
