摘要: IT was recently reported that certain established lines of mouse fibroblasts, capable indefinite propagation in culture1, were able to synthesize appreciable quantities collagen2. The collagen appeared as extracellular fibres characteristic periodicity between cells growing multiple layers on the surface a Petri dish. This communication examines temporal relationship cell growth and expression this differentiated function.
