摘要: Exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and community-acquired pneumonia are the most frequent infections lower respiratory tract in daily clinical practice. Antibiotic selection is a crucial component its treatment and, cases, it performed empirically. Scientific societies make therapeutic recommendations based on scientific evidence / or expert that great help to clinicians. Beta-lactams, fluoroquinolones macrolides commonly used drugs for oral administration. From practical point view, there three keys appropriate choice antibiotic treatment, which effectiveness, safety ecological impact patient's microbiota, including development resistance, will be assessed depth this review.
