Some characteristics of noise in air-conditioned landscaped offices

摘要: Abstract In the present study, noise measurements were carried out in 26 air-conditioned landscaped offices during lunch and office hours. The spectra show that, general, from activities is of a frequency higher than 500 Hz. A-, B- C-weighted sound levels are also calculated it found that linear relationships exist between these weighted levels. addition, simple formulae proposed for estimations criterion (NC) rating (NR) A-weighted level which known as equivalent pressure level. air-conditioning systems affect levels, NC NR, but not basic NR.
