摘要: To investigate the potential of using a surface acoustic wave sensor to measure both particulate matter (PM) concentration and size distribution, forced-vibration model coupled particle–SAW system with interfacial excitation was built finite element method. The shows different behaviors vibration between mass loading elastic regimes. calculation frequency change 260 MHz SAW perturbed by sized starch particles in regime is agreement our previous experiment, proving validity model. impact parameters, including particle size, contact material, on interaction investigated for understanding perturbation mechanism real particles. Wheat flour talcum powder were measured experimentally, resulting positive negative change, respectively. experiment that has sensitivities toward distributions morphologies. size-related sensitivity property could be used building an instrument capable monitoring PM distribution.
