摘要: Thoughts are typically dismissed as sources of distraction that hinder a mindful awareness ongoing experience. Although this may be said some thoughts, we focus on the undervalued role regulatory thoughts play in development and maintenance action. To do so, explore function from perspective action identification theory. The application principles to mindfulness yields new understanding how mind coordinates action, with implications for instruction, practice, future research.
