摘要: An optical switch circuit is configured as a matrix array to arbitrarily the connections between transmission channels. The comprises plurality of splitter coupled input channels, switches arranged on crosspoitns, each comprising an optoelectronic element and light modulating functioning electrooptic element, combiners output Thus, small-sized suitable for integration realized. With this circuit, small crosstalk high speed switching without distortion broadband signals are expected. Further, provides wide adaptability such that transmitted through multi-mode fiber can be switched.
