摘要: Abstract In this paper we have investigated the nonlinear microwave third harmonic generation in a plasma-filled cylindrical waveguide. Fluid equations been used to obtain current density of generated harmonic. The nonlinearity arises through modulation collision frequency electrons. For beam power ~21.7 MW/cm 2 and typical parameters: ω 0 = 1.5 × 10 11 rad/sec, p 0.5 , v 0.1 T keV, radius waveguide being order wavelength fundamental wave, conversion efficiency turns out be ~6.8 −3 for TE 01 mode, ~0.5 02 mode.
