摘要: Abstract Intestinal mononuclear cells (MNC) from patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) demonstrated altered patterns of spontaneous secretion immunoglobulin A (IgA). Control intestinal MNC had markedly high IgA compared to IBD MNC. secreted predominantly dimeric (only 31% monomeric IgA), whereas increased amounts (43%–53%) IgA. 61% subclass 1 (IgA1), 71%–74% IgA1. involved portions resected specimens more both and IgA1 than uninvolved areas the same bowel. Therefore, secrete less total but percentages control This could be caused by homing IgA- IgA1-producing into intestine, or in situ proliferation precursor resulting immunoregulatory alterations. These observations may represent normal mucosal immune response infectious agents inducing factors either a primary secondary nature.
