摘要: Chemical sensor technology is one of the fastest growing research areas and can be identified as a key technological area in modern analytical chemistry. The increasing interest sensing systems driven to significant extent by multifaceted range in-situ on-line applications, demanded field industrial process analysis control, environmental monitoring, biological/biochemical high-throughput screening medical/pharmaceutical field. Advanced mid-infrared integrated scanning probe sensors, contribute most recent trends technology: (i) arrayed information; (ii) microfabrication technologies for miniaturization; (iii) improved selectivity; (iv) novel application areas.
