摘要: The absolute volumes of the hippocampal and subicular cortical layers in rat were determined. boundaries various defined on series sections made through entire region five rats stained according to Timm sulfide silver technique. Coordinates representing selected fed into a mini-computer programmed calculate volume from areas profiles distances between sections. distribution indicates that they constitute same proportion dorsal ventral divisions region, with exception structures lying regio inferior superior.
