摘要: Mangroves comprise a globally significant intertidal ecosystem that contains high diversity of microorganisms, including fungi, bacteria and archaea. Archaea is major domain life plays important roles in biogeochemical cycles these ecosystems. In this review, the potential archaea mangroves are briefly highlighted. Then, metabolism archaeal community mangrove ecosystems across world summarized Bathyarchaeota, Euryarchaeota, Thaumarchaeota, Woesearchaeota, Lokiarchaeota confirmed as most abundant ubiquitous groups. The metabolic groups indicates their ecological function carbon, nitrogen sulfur cycling. Finally, some cultivation strategies could be applied to uncultivated lineages from wetlands suggested, refinements traditional methods based on genomic transcriptomic information, numerous innovative techniques such single-cell isolation high-throughput culturing (HTC). These provide more opportunities obtain previously uncultured
