摘要: Abstract In this work, injection molded Polyamide 6 (PA6)/Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) blends with gradient and overall encapsulation structure were prepared, to which the migration aggregation process of PET phase should be given credit. The main factors influencing final morphology, including viscosity ratio between blending components velocity during molding, discussed. It has been found that is greatly affected by rheological properties components. conclusion, under fixed composition, optimal can achieved in PA6/PET D8501-20. Compared pure PA6 sample other groups samples, chemical resistance D8501-20 remarkably improved. At meantime, mechanical maintain a high value, allows product unique have considerable potential industrial manufacturing.
