摘要: Purpose: This study was a retrospective survey to examine economic feasibility of home care services for patients with diabetic foot. Methods: The participants were 33 in the (HC) group and 27 non-home (non-HC) group, all whom discharged early after inpatient treatment. Data collected from medical records. Direct costs calculated using fee payment data. Cost-effectiveness ratio direct paid by patient insurer until complete cure Effectiveness time required cure. included fees hospitalization, emergency care, ambulatory fees, hospitalization or at other institutions. Results: Mean 11,118,773 won per person HC 16,005,883 non-HC group. difference between groups statistically significant (p=.042). Analysis results cost-effectiveness showed 91,891 day patients, 109,629 patients. Conclusion: Result shows that is lower than indicates are economically feasible.
