摘要: E-mail: mgong@dankook.ac.krReceived April 8, 2013, Accepted June 17, 2013We examined the effect of electrode fingers and gaps coplanar interdigitated (IDE) structures tocharacterize ammonium salt-containing polyelectrolyte film resistance-based humidity sensors. IDEsdesigned for this purpose were flexible gold electrodes deposited on a polyimide substrate using printingprocess because geometry presents potential tunable sensitivity over other designs. The basicdesign sensors consisted IDEs with different number such as 3, 4, 5 gapsizes 310, 360, 410, 460 µm. Details AC complex impedance characteristics Nyquistplot, Bode plot, activation energy based construction investigated. Key Words : Resistive sensor, Nyquist Interdigitated electrode, Electrode patternIntroductionHumidity have attracted increasing attention becauseof growing demand accurate measurement con-trol environment in many fields.
