摘要: The influence of formulation on spray droplet spectra, deposit patterns, dislodgeable and penetrated residues, persistence characteristics fenitrothion in balsam fir needles was studied using three formulations containing different types adjuvant. Spray applied to potted trees under controlled conditions a laboratory chamber. Droplet size spectra deposits were assessed “Kromekote” cardlglass plate units. Foliar residues measured by gas-liquid chromatography. The polymeric adjuvants provided significantly larger droplets higher foliar than those surfactants co-surfactants. It also ratio dislodgeable-to-penetrated slower initial rate loss fenitrothion. None the posed long-term problem because only very low amounts remained foliage at 42 days post-treatment. significance these findings terms possible increase bioavailability pesticide via crawling contact is discussed.
