摘要: Background Patients’ need to improve outcomes and reduce the number of complications triggers development new materials surgery concepts. Currently, there are many implants fixation systems dedicated for intraperitoneal onlay mesh procedure. The aim this study was compare two different mesh/fixation system concepts (PH: Physiomesh/Securestrap VS: Ventralight ST/SorbaFix) laparoscopic ventral hernia repair with respect pain.
