摘要: A new CMOS second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII) structure is reported in this paper. The proposed circuit adopts cascode mirrors, which X-terminal and Y-terminal are used MOS composite tube series with good following characteristics, large linear range, low power consumption port parasitic resistance control characteristics. Finally, the simulated by Pspice using 0.18 μm process. input ranges of −2 ~ 2 mA V, respectively. offset Z-terminal 0.65 μA, only 0.415 μW at V supply voltage.
