摘要: Chinese sturgeon, Acipenser sinensis, is a critically endangered anadromous fish species spawning in the Yangtze River of China during October and November. In this study, we analyzed effects hydrological factors, such as water temperature discharge, on natural reproduction time sturgeon evaluated impact impoundment Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) based our survey data from 1998 to 2011. The results showed that first dates were significantly (P < 0.05) correlated with date reaching 20 degrees C (20 WT dates), mean discharge (Oct. discharge), change November (Oct-Nov Delta discharge). Regression analysis suggested one-day delay could postpone by 0.673 days. A increase 1000 m(3)s(-1) bring forward two Our also indicated TGR had delayed due lag flow regulation. We suggest following ecological regulations order facilitate conservation sturgeon: eliminate regulating downstream Dam (TGD), enhance October, complete before October.
