摘要: This paper discusses the synthesis and graphitization of three boron-containing phenyl acetylides, with B/C ratios between 118 18. The experimental results show that initial rate at which graphitic structure develops is strongly related to molecular acetylides. formation non-coplanar in stabilization reaction slows down reaction. However, all precursors effective transformation reactions produce boron-substitutional (B/C) materials relatively low temperature (2200 °C), despite significant differences boron concentration chemical nature precursors. Relatively large crystallite size small d-spacing interlayers products were observed by X-ray diffraction. Clearly, not only substitutionally incorporated but also enhances
