摘要: Steady-state and time resolved fluorescence anisotropy measurements were carried out to study the rotational diffusion dynamics of UVITEX-OB (U-OB) in series alcohols, alkanes binary mixtures toluene butanol at room temperature. The experimentally measured reorientation times compared with those estimated by hydrodynamic molecular models developed for microscopic friction. experimental results are good agreement theoretical slip hydrodynamics a deviation towards subslip behavior is noted. Also faster rotation probe mixture noted as that alcohols alkanes.
