摘要: Peroxidase-conjugated antibodies were used to determine the histologic and cytologic localization of bovine human tissue factor (thromboplastin). Tissue antigen was found in highest concentration intima blood vessels, particularly plasma membranes endothelial cells atheromatous plaques. also limited many cell types. The presence atheromata suggests that it may play a significant role hemostasis thrombosis.
