摘要: The present invention provides various methods for stimulating a cell expressing an NKG2D receptor, including artificially engineered populations. Provided, in accordance with the invention, are monoclonal antibodies that bind to extracellular domains and facilitate interaction of other DAP10. Of particular interest treating cancers viral infections, stimulation, both vivo ex vivo, cytokine secretion.
