摘要: In this paper, we review recent publications regarding the toxicokinetics and -dynamics of flame retardant Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD). HBCD has recently been listed as a persistent organic pollutant, which therefore influenced legislation concerning its manufacturing formulation. However, under specific circumstances it may still be used until 2024. Early toxicity studies have only focussed on itself, is mixture different isomers with physical toxicological characteristics. Here take more differentiated look at three diastereomers α-, β- γ-HBCD. We also address enantiomers to give an overview identify present gaps in our knowledge about chemical, especially respect possible formulation
