摘要: New technology such as DNA microarray can be used to determine simultaneously the expression levels of thousands genes which function all cells. Applying this investigate gene-level responses different drug treatments could provide deep insight into nature many diseases well lead in development new drugs. In paper, we present a maximum entropy approach classifying gene array data sets. The experiments demonstrate effectiveness approach.
