摘要: Fluorine is one of the trace elements necessary for health. It has many physiological functions, and participates in normal metabolism. However, fluorine paradoxical effects on body. Many studies have shown that tissues organs humans animals appear to suffer different degrees damage after long-term direct or indirect exposure more fluoride than required meet demand. Although aetiology endemic fluorosis clear, its specific pathogenesis inconclusive. In past 5 years, researchers conducted in-depth into fluorosis. Research areas fluoride-induced stress pathways, signalling pathways apoptosis provided further extensive knowledge at molecular genetic level. this article, we summarize main results.
