摘要: We conducted telephone interviews to assess family satisfaction with end-of-life care in the hospital and gauge extent of bereavement follow-up. interviewed 53 relatives or close companions adults who had died our within 5 12 months, representing 51 153 families English-speaking patients experienced a nontraumatic, nonsudden death over 4-month period. Overall communication was rated high on Likert scale (mean 4.3, median for both topics).
