摘要: We investigate the spin-dependent Fano resonance in an impurity-doped graphene sheet coupled to ferromagnetic (FM) leads at low temperatures. By nonequilibrium Green's function theory, we calculate linear conductance of system, which possesses a different structure both parallel and anti-parallel configuration FM leads. The results come from quantum interference between resonant nonresonant processes system. Our studies indicate that system is ideal platform physics, even some relevant experiments.
