摘要: This paper presents modelling and optimisation of cut quality during a self developed travelling wire electro-chemical spark machining (TW-ECSM) process. In the present study, four input process parameters such as applied voltage, electrolyte concentration, feed velocity workpiece thickness two output surface roughness (Ra) material removal rate (MRR) are considered. The hybrid approach comprising Taguchi methodology (TM) response (RSM) is used for whereas multi-objective performed using TM grey relational analysis (GRA) coupled with entropy measurement methodology. first uses loss function to find optimum level parameters. parameter values further central in RSM develop second-order model. employed calculation weight corresponding each characteristic. results have been observed that comparison TM, enhances MRR by 117% reduces Ra 10%.
