摘要: Populations of bed bugs, Cimex lectularius, have increased in recent years spreading into numerous urban areas across the Western world and making them an increasingly important pest of the twenty-first century. Research hybridization within and between different lineages bugs can help us to understand processes micro- macroevolution in these ectoparasites may inform the control this species. Hybridization experiments two host bug (C. lectularius) from Central Europe (Czech Republic), those associated with humans those bats, were conducted under laboratory conditions. Number eggs early instars were compared crosses mixed lineages (interspecific mating) pairs same lineage, those locality lineage different localities (intraspecific mating). While within host lineages resulted egg production later instars, crosses between unsuccessful, although mated females possessed sperm their mesospermaleges and/or seminal conceptacles. These did not even result in production. Moreover, crosses, mortality rates adults higher (51 50 % in bat human lineage, respectively) than animals from the lineage. Survival was same locality slightly differed statistically. results support the existence postmating barriers show reproductive isolation C. lectularius. Bat human host adaptations promote evolving such can be product alloxenic speciation.
