摘要: Nematodes offer perspectives for ecotoxicological research as their characters and most of toxicity assessment focused on Caenorhabditis elegans. In order to enrich the limited numbers nematode species used test, this study assessed subacute effects copper zinc life history Acrobeloides nanus. Compared with control, 72-h effective concentration (EC)50, EC20, EC10 reproduction in A. nanus were 1.35, 0.49, 0.20 mg/L, respectively, Cu 829.46, 330.29, 163.90 mg/L, Zn. The growth at 72 h 96 h 2nd generation 1.13 0.97 mg/L, Cu, 353.46 284.20 mg/L, During exposure, effect copper–zinc was less than additive, changed from a synergistic antagonistic.
