摘要: Objective: This systematic review aimed to determine the efficacy and effectiveness of percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) on symptoms overactive bladder (OAB) pelvic organ disorders, pain, adverse events (AEs), quality life (QoL). Methods: A literature search was performed in September 2011 databases MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE. Hand searching references conducted. Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) clinical (CCTs) with adult patients were included. Results: Seven studies met eligibility criteria. Five RCTs indicated improvement (range 36.7–80%) OAB symptoms, frequency, urgency, nocturia, incontinence. One CCT reported (mean 15.7) 53% subjects fecal incontinence (FI) an FI Questionnaire 0–20). RCT showed more than 50% pain (40%) symptom scores (66.6%) chronic (CPP). Limitations are small amount, overall low quality, variety outcome measures included studies. minor AEs reported. No meta-analysis as a consequence heterogeneous data. Conclusions: provides evidence for PTNS QoL OAB, category IIIB CP/CPP. Evidence found OAB.
