摘要: The influence of bivalent copper (Cu2+) and hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) ions on exopolysaccharide (EPS) polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) production by the bacterium Rhizobium tropici LBMP-C01 was investigated. partial structure both biopolymers produced rhizobia were characterized, quantification exoR exoZ gene expression real-time polymerase chain reaction (Real-Time PCR) also Results showed that supplementation with Cu2+ for 144 h induced an increase in EPS 48% PHB 46.66% compared to control. Expression studies revealed expressed genes affected metal ion treatment. It can be stated this particular rhizobial strain is a future potential candidates produce super adsorbent quite useful soil bioremediation.
