摘要: The influence of air pollution on the chemical composition needles and stem anatomy (cambium, phloem, xylem) Scots pines (Pinus sylvestris L.) was examined in polluted control forest sites near Warsaw, Poland. Foliar determined as an indicator contamination trees anatomically. Anatomical analysis carried out samples including cambium, current-year xylem collected at breast height from tree top leader during one growing season. At site foliage, concentrations were N1.53%, P0.18%, K0.5%, Ca0.17%, Mg910ppm, Na45ppm, S0.145%, while N1.73%, K0.66%, Ca0.35%, Mg1509ppm, Na105ppm S0.201%. Concentrations heavy metals significantly higher site; only Mn found lower concentration. In site, anatomical revealed a decreased number cambial cells beginning season, phloem (at average radial file 21 14 sites, respectively), formation false rings with tracheids, similar to those compression wood. changes observed are most likely caused by toxic eAects pollutants. # 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
