摘要: The validity of the 24-hour recall was studied with a comparison recalled and observed food nutrient intake for 140 subjects, 84 males (60%) 56 females (40%), 15 to 57 years old. observation carried out during 1 day by recording amounts foods selected subjects at four meals. following day, recalls were obtained. results showed that some items eaten omitted in recall, extremes being 4% times fish 50% cooked vegetables. In addition, not actually added additions ranging from 2% bread 29% sugar. difference between mean -6% 11%, except sucrose (-20%) vitamin C (-16%). product-moment correlation coefficient range 0.58 0.74. Women achieved somewhat more accurate than men, 35 44 age group most valid. It concluded is unsatisfactory on individual level satisfactory level.
