摘要: The performance of a zeolite catalyst in the conversion methanol to olefins (MTO) is closely related not only structure pore channels but also acidic properties including type, strength, amount and distribution acid sites; it still great challenge enhance MTO through optimizing these parameters. Herein, series H-RUB-13 zeolites were prepared used as catalysts MTO; density was controlled by adjusting Si/Al ratio, whereas aluminum siting deciding sites framework regulated altering Si/B ratio synthesis gel. relationship between catalytic then investigated. results indicate that high-silica exhibits unprecedentedly high selectivity light (48.6% propene 96.2% C2–5=) for at 400 °C, much higher than traditional SAPO-34 ZSM-5 under similar conditions, owing unique RUB-13 with RTH cages intersected 8-membered ring channels. incorporation boron gel can help site more atoms T1 T2 are accessible reactions; result, an increase B content raise number effective MTO. lifetime increases almost linearly sites, although lower may decrease considerably density. Current prove specific be potential highly efficient which properly ratios gel, compromise need made practice olefins.
