摘要: Abstract Batch cell flotation models are critically reviewed in detail with respect to their suitability for genuine prediction of batch behaviour. There is ample evidence the literature that particle-bubble attachment pulp fundamentally a first order kinetics process if heterogeneous behaviour mineral particles accounted for. also whole often exhibits behaviour, despite effects present froth layer, so can be conveniently modelled by distributed models. Recent development methodology determination floatability spectra allows calculation rate constants from independent test-tube data. These were substituted into single or double yield an adequate kinetics. The more complex which consider many sub-processes individually, while phenomenologically justified, have no predictive capability, because various cannot reliably determined at present.
