摘要: Plasmopara viticola is an oomycete pathogen that causes downy mildew, one of the most devastating diseases grapevine. Currently, molecular basis interaction between this and grapevine host not well understood. To explore genes involved in P. pathogenicity we performed RNA-Seq analysis cDNAs derived from mildew-infected leaves for three different isolates; two China (JL-7-2, ZJ-1-1) Australia (CSIRO-L-2). Approximately 30,000 unigenes were predicted each isolates these over 500 potential secreted proteins identified. Using prediction methods, a total 51 PvRXLR effectors identified to be present secretome, with at least 26 shared by or more isolates. Expression profiling, based on data, indicated PvRXLRs showed expression patterns during infection. Transient selected Nicotiana benthamiana demonstrated all capable suppressing programmed cell death triggered mouse BAX protein PAMP INF1. Additionally, BLASTP Hidden Markov Model (HMM) searches 10 belonging CRN (Crinkler) group effectors. Pfam domain secretome also diverse range putative apoplastic effectors, major groups being glycosyl hydrolases, peptidases protease-inhibitors. This study provides first detailed mildew its encoded effector arsenal.
