摘要: Qβ-REPLICASE was isolated from E. coli infected with the RNA bacteriophage Qβ as RNA-dependent polymerase which had template specificity1. phage SP2, is distinct phages previously3,4, has been in our laboratory and SP-replicase5 purified SP-phage. SP-replicase a specificity different that of Qβ-replicase. By using this new RNA-replicase, comparison between two replicases become possible.
