摘要: Global climate change poses a major challenge for analysts and policy advisors alike. The complexities, uncertainties, high stakes involved in the problem renders economic analysis particularly controversial. Many maintain that analytical techniques developed over past few decades successfully adopted managing broad range of environmental issues can also be applied case change, after making changes necessary to accommodate special features problem. Others paint apocalyptic pictures possible impacts on nature society, question applicability approaches altogether.
