摘要: Abstract Titanium oxide (TiO 2 ) nanocorals containing nanopolyps have been synthesized by a cost effective hydrothermal route directly on fluorine doped tin (FTO) coated conducting glass substrates. The morphological features and physical properties of TiO films were investigated field-emission scanning electron microscopy, high resolution transmission X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy, room temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy photoelectron spectroscopy. surface morphology revealed the formation corals having nanosized (30–40 nm) polyps. Further, we studied its dye sensitized solar cell performance using Eosin-Y N3-Dye. results indicate that photoconversion efficiency N3-Dye is 66% compared to Eosin-Y. highest energy conversion 2.37% was observed for loaded DSSCs.
