In 5 cases, no histologically vital residual tumour could be found locally after therapy. area shows fibrosis, and ulcerated areas have re-epithelized. cells devitalized keratinisation, while simple necrosis plays minor role. Following keratinisation there is marked resorptive granulomatous inflammation with giant typical foreign body reaction fibrous organisation. special type seems to important for biopsy examinations therapeutic considerations. It explains success in highly differentiated carcinomas tendency keratinisation. For first time “cell-specific, cytocidal” therapy possible. Previous or simultaneous methods might cause de-differentiation tumour, harmful. Also lung must considered as target most serious side effects. one case bleomycin-induced lesion was death, 4 bronchopneumonia. Although all chances prognosis poor, patients cured tumour. One patient has lived without recurrence metastases 20 months.
