摘要: Using newly developed Activated Carbon/Carbon composite (AC/C composite) as polarizable electrode, NEC has high-power Electric Double-Layer Capacitors (EDLCs). Ionic mobility of the electrolyte in porous electrode been improved by optimizing thickness and pore size distribution. High-power EDLCs (5.5 V.47 F, 15 V.15 F) with high rate discharge 20A current have developed. A EDLC (15 V.470 500A discharging also fabricated.
