摘要: The purpose of the present study was to examine influence 3 different high-intensity interval training regimens on first and second ventilatory thresholds (VT1 VT2), anaerobic capacity (ANC), plasma volume (PV) in well-trained endurance cyclists. Before after 2 4 weeks training, 38 cyclists (VO2peak = 64.5 +/- 5.2 ml[middle dot]kg-1[middle dot]min-1) performed (a) a progressive cycle test measure VO2peak, peak power output (PPO), VT1, VT2; (b) time exhaustion (Tmax) at their VO2peak (Pmax); (c) 40-km time-trial (TT40). Subjects were assigned 1 groups (group 1: n 8, 8 60% Tmax Pmax, 1:2 work-recovery ratio; group 2: 9, x recovery 65% maximum heart rate; 3: 10, 12 30 seconds 175% PPO, 4.5-minute recovery; control group: 11). TT40 performance, VT1,VT2, ANC all significantly increased 1, 2, (p < 0.05) but not group. However, PV did change response 4-week program. Changes performance modestly related changes VT2, (r 0.41, 0.34, 0.42, 0.40, respectively; p 0.05). In conclusion, improvements significant increases accompanied by PV. Thus, peripheral adaptations rather than central are likely responsible for improved performances witnessed athletes following various forms programs.
