摘要: In this project I constructed a workflow that takes DNA sequence as input and provides phylogenetic tree, consisting of the other sequences which were found during database search. tree are arranged depending on similarities. bioinformatics, constructing trees is often used to explore evolutionary relationships genes or organisms understand mechanisms evolution itself.
