摘要: This study describes the development and challenges in of an on-chip immunoassay for histamine using commercially available antibodies. Histamine can be used as indicator food freshness quality, but it is also a relevant marker clinical diagnostics. Due to its low molecular weight, simple structure thus immunogenicity production high specificity affinity antibodies difficult. From six commercial anti-histamine tested, only two bound free solution. A fluorescent was established with dynamic range 8–111 µg/mL polyclonal antibody H7403 from Sigma (Mendota Heights, MN, USA). The described published literature are thoroughly reviewed quality their traceability issues highlighted extensively discussed.
