摘要: We have investigated the effects of Hf, Ti and Ta addition on crystallization behavior, microstructure magnetic properties melt-spun Fe90Nd5B3.5M1.5 (M = Hf, Ta) alloy ribbons. Optimization processing conditions lead to development nano-composite magnets, made from high Bs soft bcc α-Fe (grain size ∼20 nm) tetragonal Nd2Fe14B ∼18 nm) hard phases. Hf is most effective in restraining growth phases during annealing. The Fe90Nd5B3.5Hf1.5 ribbon annealed at 1003 K for 600 s exhibits very maximum energy product (BH)max ∼127 kJ/m3 reduced remanence ∼1.34 T. Strong exchange coupling among nano-sized shown be responsible excellent properties. Among low Nd-containing NdFeB present seems highest (BH)max.
